Clinical Data Team Lead

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Data Team Lead to manage data management activities for clinical trials, serving as project lead or support for multiple studies. The role involves overseeing data operations, client liaison responsibilities, team mentoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities for individual or multiple clinical studies with varying complexity levels
• Serve as liaison between Project Lead, clients, and internal management on all data management matters
• Develop study-specific training materials and conduct training for data management project staff
• Develop and maintain data management documentation; independently review deliverables against guidelines
• Generate regular status reports monitoring study metrics and forecasting resource requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• 2+ years of experience in clinical data management or related field
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and clinical data protocols
• Proficiency with interactive computer programs and data management systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
