Quality Director: Strategy & Continuous Improvement

Link-Worldwide based in Tijuana, Baja California, is seeking a Quality Director to lead the organization's quality strategy and drive continuous improvement across operations. This role will ensure compliance with customer requirements and promote operational excellence, aiming to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Management and leadership within manufacturing environments. This position also requires strong competencies in strategic leadership, problem solving, and risk management.
