Payments Operations Lead - LATAM Growth & Scaling
Cervin
Cervin is seeking a Payments Lead to own and scale Yaydoo’s payments operation. This critical role involves managing daily operations, improving transaction performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in payment operations or fintech, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong project management skills. This on-site position focuses on optimizing Yaydoo’s payment workflows and driving geographic expansion.
