Supply Planner (Solid) (Monterrey)

About the role

Barry Callebaut is a general organization poised for growth, focused on delivering customer value, sustainability, and innovation. The supply planner works under the Supply Planning Manager to develop short‑ and medium‑term plans across Barry Callebaut North America production facilities. The planner coordinates with customer service, production plants, and key stakeholders to ensure product availability, support continuous improvement initiatives, and drive supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities include

• Develop and maintain production plans, deployment plans, and inventory levels to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain.
• Monitor production plans and communicate with local plants to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Analyze inventory levels and adjust production and deployment plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels across warehouses.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
• Review and update supply network model and processes to ensure cost efficiency.
• Generate reports to track inventory levels and identify potential supply shortages.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• APIC or related supply chain certification.
• English fluency.
• 2 to 3 years experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and/or logistics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience with SAP and Business Objects.
