Technical Presales Consultant for Hp Digital (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

The Channel Presales Technical Consultant for Digital Services (TC) is a Subject Matter Expert on HP Wolf Security or HP Anyware solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and technology evangelist within the channel organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations, direction, and guidance on HP Digital Services, including HP Anyware and HP Wolf Security solutions.
• As a Subject Matter Expert, answer and track technical questions from partners, other channel presales TCs, and HP Channel Salesforce.
• Deliver "train the trainer" technical training to channel partners at a country/market/WW level to empower them on technical consulting functions.
• Evangelize the DS solutions in the Channel.
• Create and/or document repeatable demos and supporting documents for PoCs.
• Enable channel partners to perform POCs for their customers and advise on / provide channel demos.
• 2nd Level Technical presales escalation management for channel TCs and channel partners, advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, research.
• Support business development activities together with the Channel BDMs.
• Technical Presales Consulting to channel partners, BDMs, PBMs, to enable partners to deliver the right outcomes for channel end customers.
• Offer technical support and coordination with channel partners for industry events.
• Provide proactive technical updates to the channel sales community.
• Maintain the quality of service and the total customer experience (TCE).
• Maintain and manage a competitive and appropriate level of technical and professional competence.

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Proficient in English with close-to-native-level speaking, reading, and writing skills; a second language is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in a technical/engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting or similar experience.
• Current experience and knowledge of IT such as System Administration, Remote Computing, IT Security, Operating Systems, Software, Networking technologies.
• Good analytical, organizational, and team skills.
• Detail-oriented attitude when working on problems and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to stay focused on goals and objectives.
• Self-motivated with ability to operate with minimal tactical direction.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Habit of continuous learning and development.
• Motivated to connect with partners and guide them through the technical enablement journey.
