Global MOC Administrative Assistant (Quality & Change)
ALLNEX
allnex is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Management of Change (MOC) activities within the Global Quality Team in Guadalajara, MX. The role focuses on coordinating change management, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely execution of MOC actions across regions.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, manage records, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding process compliance and audit readiness. Proficiency in English is required.
