Role Description
Key responsibilities include presenting products on camera, engaging with live audiences, answering questions in real time, and driving conversions through confident and persuasive communication. The intern will also help coordinate product information, contribute to livestream scripts and content planning, track basic performance metrics, and provide insights to improve future livestream performance.
This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of e-commerce, content creation, and sales. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and creator management teams to deliver engaging, high-converting, and brand-aligned livestream experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage live audiences, answer questions, and represent brands professionally.
- Basic sales skills and an interest in understanding customer behavior, sales processes, and promotional strategies.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with audiences in real time across digital platforms.
- Passion for e-commerce, live commerce, social media, and creator-driven marketing.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
- Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret livestream performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, content creation, or livestreaming is a plus, but not required.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is preferred.
