We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results‑oriented Sr. Program Manager. In this role, you will lead Amazon’s Cross‑border Delivery Experience and Cost to Serve into Latam, covering Mexico (MX) and Brazil (BR) countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve Cross Border Seller Experience, Customer Experience, Delivery Experience, and Cost to Serve, defining the list of high priority improvements to reach business goals.
• Monitor and execute projects on time and with high quality standards.
• Effectively communicate project progress within the organization.
• Work with internal teams to drive system, tools, and process improvements/implementations that affect purchasing and operations workflow, with emphasis on automating tasks that are currently performed manually.
• Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements.
• Work with finance, accounting, global mile and operations teams to enhance cost to serve and delivery experience for cross‑border operations.

A Day in the Life

• Review recurring business metrics, dive deep into data analysis, and propose improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement of programs, processes, and products.
• Work with international product teams to identify delivery experience and cost to serve enhancement opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with cross‑border and operations teams.

Joining the Global Selling into Latam team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast‑paced and changing environment. To be successful in this role, you need to feel comfortable navigating broad and diverse topics such as Customer Experience, Delivery Experience, Taxes, Accounting, international trade, importation, marketing, operations, working with tech teams, and dealing with a high level of uncertainty.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis, and/or marketing experience.
• Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation, and/or product behavior analysis.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• 5+ years of business strategy or non‑tech program management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain operations experience.
• Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
• Master’s degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical or quantitative field.
