Regional Sales Support Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter new opportunities into CRM on behalf of TSRs.
• Update opportunities in CRM on behalf of TSRs ensuring pricing, volume, stage, chance, and external comments are accurate.
• Send region monthly Opportunities Expiring and Needing Update Report on the first weekday of each month, CCing Supervisor.
• Send region Opportunity Scorecard Report on the first weekday of each month, CCing Supervisor.
• Send supplier‑based Opportunities Needing Update prior to quarterly PDM Supplier Reviews, CCing Supervisor.
• Enter new samples into CRM on behalf of TSRs, ensuring they are linked to appropriate opportunities.
• Send open Replink Alerts to region on Mondays, CCing Supervisor.
• Update Replink Alerts on behalf of TSRs.
• Create Pre‑Call Planning reports for TSRs sales calls including forecasting, purchase history, open samples, open opportunities, accounts receivable, and pricing of purchased materials.
• Generate quarterly “Hunting Expedition” reports emailed to TSRs, containing open opportunities, closed lost opportunities, and market intel opportunities. CC Supervisor.
• Prepare Highlight/Lowlight Report 3 business days before EOM: include closed won opportunities, add to regional highlight/lowlight report, CC Supervisor; include all opportunities above €5,000 in sales, exclude turnover opportunities.
• Submit forecast overrides.
• Submit quotes on behalf of TSRs.
