Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Vendor Management Consultant to join our team and support in strengthening vendor governance, contract oversight, and procurement efficiency. This is a strategic role focused on vendor performance, cost optimization, and contract analysis—not a transactional position.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Governance : Establish and maintain a structured framework to monitor vendor performance, service quality, compliance, and responsiveness.
• Performance Oversight : Conduct quarterly reviews, introduce scorecards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contract Review : Analyze vendor contractS, identify changes, assess risks, and provide clear recommendations.
• Cost Analysis : Prepare spend reports, variance analysis, and highlight savings opportunities.
• RFP Management : Lead RFP processes, including documentation, evaluation criteria, and vendor onboarding.
• Vendor Engagement : Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and service improvement.

Candidate Profile

• ~6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract analysis .
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret contracts and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills to explain risks, changes, and recommendations clearly.
• Experience with RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and performance scorecards.
• Ability to work across teams and build trust with stakeholders.
