Talent acquisition jr recruiter for us frontline (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

As a Frontline Jr. Recruiter focused on high-volume hiring, you will play a key role in managing the hiring process for Pepsi Co. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to support frontline hiring operation across the United States, including ATS administration, hiring manager support, candidate tracking, and process coordination.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in frontline or high-volume recruitment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and results orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in English
