Nos encontramos en búsqueda de talento estratégico para fortalecer nuestra vertical de Amazon Ads & Retail Media , incorporando un Programmatic Campaign Manager.
El idioma inglés avanzado es excluyente para todas las posiciones.
Modalidad híbrida en CDMX.
Misión de las posiciones
Quienes se sumen al equipo su misión será maximizar la adopción, eficiencia y performance de las campañas gestionadas por las agencias, asegurando excelencia operativa, calidad de datos y desarrollo de expertise técnico, principalmente en Amazon DSP (Display & Video) .
El/la Performance Digital Manager, además, será responsable de liderar el equipo, garantizar eficiencia operativa y actuar como enlace estratégico entre clientes, dirección y equipos internos.
Principales Responsabilidades
Para Campaign Managers:
- Capacitar a las agencias en funcionalidades full funnel de Amazon Ads, asegurando correcta adopción y dominio técnico de Amazon DSP (Display & Video prioritario)
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización, upselling y adopción de nuevas soluciones
- Optimización de KPIs (ROAS, ACOS, CPA, CTR)
- Segmentación de audiencias y retargeting
- Asegurar calidad de datos en reportes y plataformas (configuración, pacing y delivery).
- Brindar soporte técnico-operativo en la configuración, seguimiento y optimización de campañas.
Requisitos indispensables
- Experiencia mínima de 3–4 años en publicidad digital, marketplaces o Retail Media
- Experiencia avanzada / experta en Amazon Ads (DSP – Display & Video excluyente)
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) -se validará en entrevistas-
- Fuerte perfil analítico y orientación a resultados
- Residencia en CDMX o alrededores -excluyente-
