- Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and talent programs.
- Manage recruitment, on-boarding, and workforce development initiatives.
- Oversee labor relations, union negotiations, and employee matters.
- Drive succession planning, training, and career development programs.
- Foster strong company values and employee engagement.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Strengthen internal communication and workplace environment initiatives. Driving talent development, workplace climate, and organizational growth. HR strategy for a global medical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor relations, and union environments.
- Full English proficiency.
- Experience within manufacturing, medical device, automotive, or aerospace.
- Expertise in talent development, succession planning, and training programs.
- Experience with compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience fostering employee engagement and workplace environment
