Supervisor de Ventas Energía y Petróleo
¿Qué buscamos?
ESCOLARIDAD: Ing. Químico, Químico o Petrolero, Industrial o afines.
EXPERIENCIA: 1 a 2 años en procesos de Ventas consultivas B2B o logística industrial. Deseable en el sector de Energía, Petroleo o similares.
INGLÉS: Intermedio- avanzado
Competencias: adaptabilidad, enfoque al cliente, agilidad, negociación, orientación a resultados, comunicación
¿Qué actividades realizarás?
- Cotizar precios y dar seguimiento a clientes Tier 2 y Tier 3.
- Realizar visitas, llamadas y videoconferencias para promover el portafolio de Energía.
- Prospectar clientes y ampliar la cartera en Oil & Gas, tratamiento de agua y aplicaciones relacionadas
- Programar muestras y coordinar el seguimiento técnico de resultados.
- Administrar productos y clientes de compra–venta.
- Emitir forecast, reportes de ventas, pipeline y visitas.
- Gestionar cobranza, diferencias de pago y notas de crédito de su cartera.
- Dar seguimiento a quejas, devoluciones y no conformidades.
- Cumplir objetivos de volumen, margen, nuevos clientes y servicio.
- Actuar como backup del Jefe Comercial de Energía garantizando continuidad operativa
