HR Assistant

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training sessions.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing HR-related correspondence.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.
• Coordination of on-site training, leading the CSD pillar to ensure compliance with the SPS program

We’d love to hear from you if:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification or coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
