Jefe de Contabilidad | Importante Compañía Global

Buscamos Jefe/a de Contabilidad para sumarse a una importante compañía con operaciones regionales y desafíos de alto impacto.
Estamos acompañando a una organización en plena evolución dentro del área de Finance & Administration, que busca incorporar una posición clave para liderar la operación contable y financiera, aportando visión analítica, orden y capacidad de gestión en un entorno dinámico y exigente.
La posición tendrá un rol estratégico en la supervisión de procesos contables, análisis financiero, cumplimiento tributario y mejora de procesos, trabajando de forma transversal junto a distintas áreas del negocio y acompañando la toma de decisiones con información confiable y de calidad.
Principales desafíos:
• Coordinar y asegurar la correcta registración de las operaciones contables
• Gestionar los procesos de cierre mensual y validación de información financiera
• Supervisar la preparación de estados financieros e informes de gestión
• Liderar temas fiscales e impositivos, garantizando cumplimiento y seguimiento
• Analizar indicadores y reportes financieros para acompañar decisiones del negocio
• Optimizar y actualizar circuitos y procedimientos del área contable
• Controlar conciliaciones bancarias, gastos operativos y movimientos financieros
• Colaborar en la elaboración de reportes de gestión, análisis financieros y P&L
¿Qué valoramos?
• Graduado/a en Contabilidad, Finanzas o disciplinas relacionadas
• Experiencia coordinando y supervisando operaciones contables
• Dominio avanzado de Excel y sólida capacidad de análisis numérico
• Perfil metódico, resolutivo y orientado a la mejora continua
• Habilidad para liderar, interactuar con distintas áreas y gestionar múltiples temas en simultáneo
• Proactividad, capacidad de organización y buenas habilidades interpersonales
