Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key customers, ensuring successful sales collaborations, and delivering exceptional service that reinforces our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the customer base by identifying new clients and expanding business with existing customers in, and around, Querétaro.
- Manage the entire sales process, including preparing and delivering quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Provide technical-commercial support to customers, addressing quality issues and assisting in product applications.
- Coordinate with global account managers (NAFTA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to align on customer strategies and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensure accurate order processing and payment collection, including verifying purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing SAP entries.
- Monitor sales targets and budgets, maintaining forecasts and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Must live within daily driving distance to potential customers near Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a B2B setting is required, within the automotive, plastics, and polymer engineering sectors. required
- Strong knowledge of automotive specifications, with support from engineering teams in the U.S. or Germany. required
- Fluent in English. required
- US visa. required
- Experience in technical sales or working with high-performance materials required .
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, preferred.
- Must live in Querétaro! You home can be located in another location, but you must be able to drive to our office in Querétaro, on a daily basis. (REQUIRED)
