Strategic Sales & Distribution Leader, SEM - LATAM

Caterpillar Brazil

Caterpillar Brazil is looking for a commercial leader to oversee the SEM brand's business plan and distribution strategy in Latin America. This role requires extensive travel and a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and dealer performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 10–15+ years of experience in the heavy equipment sector. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.
