We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and inspiring Senior Sales Director to lead commercial growth for our RPSI business in Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and identifying new market opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead and inspire the Sales team, setting clear goals and driving high performance.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales, Operations, Technical, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
- Manage pricing strategy, product portfolio, and gross margin optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
- Participate in business expansion initiatives, including investments, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations and functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports.
- Ensure alignment with regional and global business objectives while operating with autonomy.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading sales teams within packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong background in technical sales and customer relationship management.

- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes.
- Ability to present and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Education & Certification:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
