About the Role

MezTal is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and work directly with one of our U.S.-based clients in the Senior Living technology industry .

In this role, you will own and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across the North American market .

You will work closely with the client's Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop go-to-market campaigns, manage digital channels, create content and visual assets, support industry events, and ensure marketing activities generate measurable business results.

Because you will collaborate directly with U.S.-based stakeholders and create content for the North American market, professional English communication skills are required .

Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaigns

• Design and execute integrated demand generation and go-to-market campaigns.
• Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for priority accounts.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM campaign processes.
• Maintain campaign and lead data quality within the CRM.
• Partner with Sales to define and maintain an effective lead-handoff process .
• Track campaign performance and contribution to pipeline.

Events & Conferences

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of webinars, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Manage pre- and post-event marketing, including landing pages, email campaigns, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate virtual and on-site logistics and work with external vendors when necessary.
• Support post-event attendee follow-up and lead generation activities.
• Occasional travel to U.S. industry conferences or client locations may be required.

Content Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute a content strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging SEO- and AEO-friendly content for the U.S. market.
• Repurpose content across social media, newsletters, campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Develop customer-focused content such as case studies, video testimonials, and success stories in partnership with Customer Success.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Create visually engaging graphics, presentations, and digital assets for campaigns, events, and social media.
• Develop and edit visual content including images, infographics, and short-form videos.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing channels and materials.

Social Media Management

• Develop and manage a strategic social media content calendar, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and potential support for Instagram and Facebook.
• Write engaging, platform-specific content in English.
• Support community engagement through comments and messages.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience , ideally across growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, content, social media, and events.
• Experience working with or creating marketing initiatives for the U.S. or North American market is strongly preferred .
• Professional/Advanced English , both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate directly with U.S.-based stakeholders and create high-quality content in English.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Content Management Systems (CMS), and social media management tools .
• Demonstrated experience generating or influencing marketing pipeline , with the ability to discuss measurable results from previous campaigns.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and lead-generation strategies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience using AI tools and platforms for marketing .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio or examples of previous marketing, content, campaign, or design work.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel to the United States
• Availability to work in a hybrid manner at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico at Midtown Jalisco.

• Experience in Senior Living, healthcare, SaaS, or technology is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

During your first six months, you will be expected to:

• Partner with senior Growth leadership to strengthen marketing attribution and track metrics such as CAC and funnel performance .
• Take accountability for North American marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
• Establish consistent monthly marketing performance reporting.
• Build and execute a strong content strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
• Increase engagement across core digital and social channels.
• Successfully support industry events and develop repeatable conference marketing playbooks.
• Help strengthen the client's presence within the North American Senior Living industry .

Work Model

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Guadalajara, Jalisco , working from MezTal's offices and remotely according to the established hybrid schedule.

You will collaborate regularly with team members, stakeholders, and customers in the United States , so availability to work within schedules aligned with U.S. business hours is important.

Occasional travel to larger industry conferences or client locations may be required.
