Organizational Development Specialist

Mission

Design, implement, and monitor organizational development strategies, policies, and programs that strengthen culture, foster talent, and ensure the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Development Strategy
2. Define and implement development strategies that align organizational culture, structure, and processes with corporate goals.
3. Policies and Procedures
4. Design, update, and ensure compliance with organizational development policies and procedures across all areas of the company.
5. High-Potential Talent Development Identify high-potential employees and coordinate leadership programs, career paths, and training initiatives to support their growth.
6. Diagnostics and Assessments
7. Conduct 180° evaluations, assessment centers, and other diagnostic tools to measure competencies, performance, and development needs.
8. Inclusion and Mentorship Programs
9. Design and manage mentorship programs, with a special focus on women and vulnerable groups, promoting inclusion and equity within the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in organizational development, talent management, or HR-related roles. Experience with diagnostics (180°, assessments) and leadership development programs is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR systems, assessment tools, and data analysis for organizational diagnostics.
• Languages: Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written) preferred for multinational environments.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders, adaptability, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
