Requisitos:
Escolaridad: Egresados de Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Públicas, área Logística, o a fines.
Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio – Avanzado
Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en área comercial (servicios logísticos aéreos, marítimos y terrestres) prospectando, realizando ventas en frío, cierre de ventas, servicio pre y postventa de servicios de almacenamiento y logística.
Deseable contar con cartera de clientes
Conocimientos: Operaciones logísticas y venta supply.
Habilidades: Capacidad de negociación, comunicación eficaz y resolución de problemas.
Funciones:
Diseñar y ejecutar planes para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas en el mercado nacional e internacional.
Prospección de nuevos clientes.
Desarrollo de propuestas comerciales y cotizaciones.
Seguimiento constante a los procesos de atención al cliente.
Crear relaciones de lealtad con los clientes.
Mantener una comunicación clara y directa con clientes y directivos de la empresa para gestionar adecuadamente las negociaciones y acuerdos.
Desarrollar estrategias para identificar y crear las diferentes necesidades en el cliente relacionadas con los servicios proporcionados.
Negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales con clientes y proveedores.
Trabajar con los departamentos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa de la cadena de suministro.
