Business Development Manager - Automotive AI ( Chinese Speaking)

Through our proprietary AI ecosystem—encompassing AI automated video creation, 24/7 avatar live-streaming, real-time live-streaming bots, and omnichannel data analytics—we empower major international brands and dealership networks to scale digital content, lower acquisition costs, and maximize marketing ROI.

As we scale our operations across Latin America, we are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Sales Manager to lead enterprise customer acquisition across Mexico and Brazil.

Role Overview

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive new business revenue, build high-level industry relationships, and close enterprise deals with automotive OEMs, regional dealership groups, and digital marketing agencies. You will act as the key commercial driver positioning our cutting-edge AI marketing suite to C-level executives and marketing leaders across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Deal Closure: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise and mid-market accounts across Mexico.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with automotive executives, dealership marketing directors, and leading automotive marketing agencies.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze clients' digital marketing and sales funnel challenges, presenting tailored AI video, live-streaming, and analytics solutions that drive measurable ROI.
• Market Expansion: Monitor LATAM market trends, map regional target accounts, and refine local go-to-market strategies tailored to Mexican and Brazilian market dynamics.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, deal tracking, and contract negotiations from initial lead generation to contract execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Work Experience:
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales/business development experience in at least one of the following domains:

1. Automotive Industry: Experience selling digital software, technology solutions, or media services directly to Automotive OEMs or Dealership Groups.
2. Marketing / Advertising Agencies: Experience managing or selling digital media/marketing solutions within an agency setting to automotive clients.
3. B2B SaaS / MarTech: Proven track record selling software platforms, enterprise SaaS, or digital marketing technology.

• Proven Track Record: History of consistently hitting/exceeding sales quotas and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Industry Network: Existing network of decision-makers in the automotive sector or regional agencies in Mexico or Brazil is highly advantageous.
• Language Capabilities:
• Chinese: Fluent in Chinese is a plus
• English: Business fluent or native (required for global internal communications).
• Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities; comfortable articulating the business value of AI technologies.
