Recruitment Coordinator
Responsabilidades Principale s:
- Gestionar procesos completos de reclutamient o (end-to- end) para posiciones administrativas, incluyendo perfiles de nivel especialista, gerencial.
- Levantar perfiles con líderes de negocio, entendiendo necesidades técnicas, competencias y cultura organizacional.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de atracción de talento alineadas al mercado y a las necesidades del negocio.
- Publicar vacantes en diferentes fuentes (job boards, redes sociales, headhunting, referidos, etc.).
- Realizar entrevistas por competencias en inglés y español.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a evaluaciones psicométricas, entrevistas con stakeholders y negociaciones de oferta.
- Asegurar una experiencia positiva del candidato durante todo el proceso.
- Gestionar pipelines de talento y bases de datos de candidatos.
- Analizar métricas de reclutamiento (time to fill, quality of hire, funnel, entre otros).
- Colaborar con líderes para asegurar cierres exitosos y procesos ágiles.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de reclutamiento y mercado laboral.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera a fin
- Mínimo 5 años de experi encia en atracción de talento.
- Experiencia trabajando con diferentes fuentes de reclutamiento y estrategias de headhunting.
- Inglés avanzado (indispens able) – capaz de realizar entrevistas y comunicación profesional.
- Manejo de ATS (Applicant Tracking System) y herramientas de reclutamiento.
