Creator & Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Creator & Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale creator, influencer, UGC, and social programs that drive measurable customer and business growth.

This is a remote contractor position and a hands-on role for someone who can combine creator strategy, performance marketing, social media, analytics, and operational execution. You’ll develop scalable programs, build creator pipelines, produce high-performing content, and use data, automation, and AI to continuously improve results.

The ideal candidate brings a builder mentality, is comfortable working in fast-moving environments, and has experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Build & scale creator programs: Develop and grow creator, influencer, UGC, and ambassador initiatives focused on customer acquisition and business growth.
• Recruit creators: Build recruiting pipelines and source, evaluate, onboard, and activate creators across different audiences and markets.
• Drive content production: Translate campaign objectives into compelling bilingual creative briefs and develop repeatable workflows that consistently deliver high-quality content.
• Partner with Marketing teams: Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to develop, test, and optimize creator content across relevant digital channels, using performance insights to identify what works.
• Support Organic Social: Help build and grow platform-specific Organic Social programs, including content planning, publishing, audience development, performance measurement, community management, and social listening.
• Automate & optimize: Use AI, automation, and workflow tools to improve creator recruitment, content operations, approvals, asset management, and reporting.
• Measure impact: Connect creator and content performance to customer acquisition, engagement, and broader business results.
• Lead cross-functional execution: Partner with Creative, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Product, Legal & Compliance, Finance, agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver results.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, or related areas.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building or scaling creator, influencer, UGC, affiliate, or ambassador programs.
• Proven ability to recruit and activate creators and translate creator content into measurable marketing and business results.
• Strong experience with Organic Social , including content planning, publishing, audience development, performance optimization, community management, and social listening.
• Experience collaborating with paid media and performance marketing teams.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish , written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in marketing metrics, testing, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Experience using AI, automation, and workflow tools to create more efficient and scalable marketing operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in both structured organizations and fast-moving environments.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote contractor environment .

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer technology, digital products, marketplaces, financial services, or other fast-growing or regulated industries.

Experience with paid social creative testing, creator partnership ads, mobile-first products, or managing creator agencies and distributed production networks is also valued.
