Front End Sr Developer Manager

The Front End Sr Developer Manager Will be responsible for collaborating in the definition, design, and execution of the technology roadmap across digital channels and solutions. Your deliverables will include:
Responsible for the technology strategy and roadmap of the various visual solutions across the digital area’s web and mobile platforms.
Define and prioritize development goals and priorities for Front-End teams.
Oversee the execution of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for the assigned area.
Ensure code quality and optimal performance of the platforms under their responsibility.
Lead the design and execution of developments under the highest standards of quality, scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate closely with design teams and back-end developers to ensure cohesive and efficient solutions.
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
6 to 10 years of experience as a Front-End Developer and/or Tech Lead, including web solution architecture, frameworks, caching mechanisms, and API consumption for web data.
Experience with technologies and tools such as Angular, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
