Senior Assistant Director of Finance
El/la Senior Assistant Director of Finance será responsable de liderar y supervisar las funciones financieras y contables del hotel, asegurando la integridad de la información financiera, el cumplimiento de los controles internos y el adecuado seguimiento del desempeño financiero. Trabajará estrechamente con el equipo ejecutivo del hotel y con la Dirección Financiera Cluster, brindando soporte financiero y análisis para la toma de decisiones
Requisitos y experiencia
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en posiciones financieras , preferentemente dentro de la industria hotelera.
- Experiencia previa en posiciones de supervisión o con responsabilidad sobre procesos financieros y contables.
- Sólidos conocimientos en presupuestos, análisis financiero, cierres contables, reportes financieros y control interno .
- Experiencia en procesos de cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, conciliaciones, manejo de efectivo y controles operativos .
- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión contable y herramientas financieras; experiencia con sistemas de la industria hotelera será valorada.
- Conocimientos de auditoría interna, cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos, legislación fiscal y normativa aplicable .
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis financiero .
- Manejo del idioma inglés, preferentemente nivel avanzado oral y escrito .

- Alto nivel de atención al detalle, organización y precisión en la información.
- Capacidad para identificar riesgos, fortalecer controles y proponer mejoras en los procesos financieros.
- Habilidad para brindar asesoramiento financiero a la operación y apoyar la toma de decisiones del hotel
- Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con las diferentes áreas operativas del hotel.
- Liderazgo y capacidad para desarrollar y supervisar al equipo de Finanzas.
