Labor Relations Supervisor

What is your role?

You will play a key role in building a positive and compliant work environment. We are looking for a proactive, energetic professional who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting leaders, strengthening employee relations, and helping maintain a healthy workplace culture across both salaried and union employees.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

• Ensure compliance with labor relations policies, collective bargaining agreements, employment laws, and safety requirements
• Support and coach plant leadership on union matters, employee relations, and management practices that promote a positive work environment
• Manage employee grievances, resolve workplace issues fairly and consistently, and maintain a strong presence on the plant floor
• Lead and support labor relations initiatives, monitor key HR indicators, and coordinate labor relations team and employee service activities

What are we looking for?

• A proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication, critical thinking, and a visible presence on the plant floor
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Law, or related field
• 3+ years of HR labor relations experience as supervisor
• Experience leading labor relations actions, coordinating teams, and working with key HR metrics such as absenteeism, discipline, and turnover
• Knowledge of labor relations frameworks, employment law, and employee service operations
• Basic verbal and written English proficiency
