Objetivo de puesto:
Asegurar la planificación y ejecución de las auditorías operativas y de estados financieros, incluidas las evaluaciones de riesgos, el alcance y los procedimientos de prueba. Identificar y evaluar los principales riesgos y deficiencias de control y elaborar recomendaciones para mejorar los controles internos y la eficacia operativa
Requisitos:
· Licenciatura en contabilidad, economía, finanzas. (Posgrado preferente)
· Disponibilidad para viajar (eventualmente)
· Experiencia: +5 años en puesto similar.
· Experiencia en empresas corporativas
· Certificaciones en auditoria y manejo de cdx (preferente)

Funciones y Actividades:
- Planeación Estratégica, definir el plan anual de auditoría, alcances y procedimientos basados en riesgos.
- Supervisar, gestionar y coordinar el trabajo del equipo de auditoría (auditor/es senior/junior).
- Identificar deficiencias en los controles internos y evaluar riesgos operativos/financieros.
- Elaborar y presentar informes de auditoría con recomendaciones para la alta dirección y Comités de Auditoría.
- Garantizar que las auditorías cumplan con NIIF (Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera), normas de auditoría y regulaciones locales.
- Monitorear la implementación de acciones correctivas por parte de las áreas auditadas.
