EHS Leader — Compliance, Risk & Training

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation

Caterpillar Inc. in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader to guide training, risk assessment, and program implementation for a small to mid-size facility.

You will coach hourly, salaried, and management staff and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include identifying risks, coordinating EHS training, auditing programs, and driving continuous improvement.
