Senior AI-Powered CX Sales Leader for Cloud CCaaS
Genesys
Genesys is seeking an Account Executive for the Mexico City area to drive new business and expand the company’s footprint across strategic accounts. You will own territory plans, engage C‑level executives, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven outcomes across Cloud CX, CCaaS, and AI solutions.
You will lead complex deals, build sustainable pipelines, and collaborate with partners, Professional Services, and Marketing to meet revenue targets.
