LocalEyes is an Emmy award-winning B2B video agency specializing in strategic video marketing for mid-market and enterprise brands. We produce performance-driven corporate video campaigns for clients like Amazon, Harvard, Zapier, and Keller Williams - across the U.S. with a remote-first team built around quality, speed, and repeatable delivery.

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Producer to own the end-to-end delivery of client video projects - from kickoff through final delivery. You'll run your projects independently, manage client relationships directly, and serve as the primary point of contact for everything that happens between sale and delivery. You'll work alongside our Head of Production and Producer team, and are expected to lead - not support.

This is not a coordinator role. You own outcomes.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end project management on assigned client projects
• Client communication from kickoff through delivery - proactive, professional, clear
• Pre-production planning: creative briefs, shot lists, call sheets, schedules, crew and vendor coordination
• Timeline and milestone management across 5-8 simultaneous active projects
• Creative direction on assigned projects - script feedback, edit direction, quality review before client delivery
• Scope protection - identifying scope creep early, flagging change order needs to the EP
• Coaching and supporting Associate Producers on assigned projects
• Project documentation hygiene: production sheets, Slack channels, Google Drive, Frame.io
• Surfacing upsell and expansion signals to the EP post-delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video production, agency, or content production environment
• Demonstrated track record of owning client-facing projects end-to-end
• Strong creative instincts - you can give useful direction to editors, flag when something is off, and hold a quality bar
• Excellent written and verbal English communication - you're comfortable presenting to marketing directors and brand managers
• Strong project management discipline - nothing falls through, everything has a next step and an owner
• Proficient with production tools: Google Workspace, Frame.io, project management software (Monday.com or equivalent)
• Fluent in using AI tools within production workflows
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; English fluency required
• Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based clients across multiple time zones

Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 USD / year depending on experience. Full-time remote contract.
