About the Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across commercial, operations, and corporate roles.

This is a fully remote role , supporting U.S.-based hiring and working primarily during U.S. business hours . You will own end-to-end recruiting processes and partner closely with leadership to build high-performing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to leadership , ownership over hiring outcomes, and growth in a fast-scaling company.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage hiring processes across multiple functions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions

Hiring Partner to Leadership

• Work directly with hiring managers and leadership
• Align on role requirements and talent profiles
• Maintain strong candidate experience standards

Process & Systems

• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines
• Improve recruiting workflows and documentation
• Support hiring scalability as the company grows

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Independently running multiple hiring processes
• Delivering strong candidates aligned with role needs
• Building trust with hiring managers and leadership
• Improving hiring speed and quality

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Proactive and process-driven
• Comfortable working U.S. hours

Compensation

• $2,000 monthly compensation package
• $1,200 monthly base salary
• Remaining compensation paid through on-target performance bonuses
