San Roberto International School is one of the top international schools in Monterrey, one of the most important cities in Mexico. We have two campuses; San Agustin and Valle Alto. Both campuses were accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) in December 2002, and currently hold the accreditation by SACS, now as a division of AdvancED. It is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 9 private IB day school, teaching ages 3 to 15 bilingually in Spanish and English. The San Agustin campus school is located at west of San Pedro Garza García and Valle Alto campus school is located at south of Monterrey.

Admissions and Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

• Develop the strategic marketing/communication/admission plan in support and aligned to the School’s Strategic Management Plan
• Design strategies to attract obtain more and better students.
• Ad value to the image of San Roberto International School in our community.
• To direct and oversee the marketing, recruiting and admissions procedures of ISR in a manner consistent with the school’s academic and strategic plans.
• Create strategies to promote the sense of belonging in the community and increase retention of our families and colleagues.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree
• Experience: 6 years of professional experience
• Knowledge: Marketing, Administration. Excellent written skills in English and Spanish. Well management of the Administrative Systems
• Skills: Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish, leadership, organization, interpersonal relations, team work, persuasion, analysis and synthesis, technology, social media, marketing, research and marketing strategies.
