Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experience d Engagement Manage r to lead complex enterprise SaaS implementations and drive successful customer outcomes.
This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, business process consulting, and modern AI-enabled delivery practices.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing enterprise software implementations, leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with executive stakeholders while leveraging AI tools to improve delivery efficiency, documentation quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations or professional services engagement.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale software implementation projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and UAT activities.
- Knowledge of SaaS delivery methodologies and implementation best practices.
- Familiarity with SaaS integration patterns (REST APIs, iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi).
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, RocketLane, or MS Project.
- Understand the usage of AI tools to generate comprehensive test case libraries from requirements documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, risk mitigation plans, and executive status reporting.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, resources, and financial performance
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gong, or similar platforms to improve project execution.
- Accelerate creation of business requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and project documentation.
