About The Role Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention. We're looking for a Recruiter who'll make sure candidates have a great experience during our hiring process. You'll use your expert communication skills to plan and execute first-class hiring strategies and bring the world’s top A-players to Revolut. You'll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the recruitment lifecycle. Up to shape what's next in finance? - Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
- Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experience
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
- Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
- Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice
- Driving the offer process and closing candidates
- Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
- Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter
- A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts
- Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Great problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- High ambition, self-motivation, and a passion about our vision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech
- Fluency in other languages
