Account Receivable Cash Application Analyst (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with the credit and collections to manage and resolve open payments
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
• Assist in developing and implementing digital solutions to increase automations
• Work side by side with leaders to foster a culture of innovation and agile thinking, process improvement, implementation, and achievement of objectives

Qualifications

• First level university degree with a focus in accounting, finance or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Working with leaders and quickly building their trust, so they see you as a partner and problem solver
• Creative mindset
• Digital and Power BI skills is a plus
