Mechanical Engineering Ix (Tijuana)

Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative HVAC electrical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence, meet market demands, and drive business growth. Develop and maintain a comprehensive engineering database for the sales selection software, enabling sales teams to effectively configure and quote HVAC systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
• Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Software Development: Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain an engineering database for the sales selection software.
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of product specifications, including capacity, dimensions, energy efficiency ratings, noise levels, and component breakdowns.
• Software Integration: Integrate engineering data with the sales CRM to provide real-time product recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and design concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanical, electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., CAD software, simulation software), database management, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC or related industry.
• Experience with HVAC system design and optimization.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in product launch and commercialization.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Full-time office position.
