LatAm Claims Governance & QA Leader

AIG Mexico Services S.A. de C.V. seeks a LAC Claims Governance, Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager to lead global and regional governance initiatives for Latin America & Caribbean.

You will liaise with ORM, ERM, IAG, Compliance and external auditors to ensure robust controls and audit readiness. Strong communication and change leadership are essential. The role requires 5+ years in claims and extensive governance, with fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
