Global Payroll Compliance & Controls Lead

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is seeking a Compliance & Control Project Leader to ensure finance policies compliance and lead payroll projects. The role includes managing audits, developing tracking mechanisms, and enhancing processes through automation.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 6-8 years of experience, and proficiency in Compliance controls and project management. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge in tools like Power BI and MS Office are essential.
