Uber Freight Mexico Customs, powered by TP Laser está en búsqueda de profesionistas de atención al cliente con experiencia en el campo de Importación y Exportación. Nuestros especialistas desarrollarán las actividades de monitorear, gestionar y administrar las funciones de transporte y aduanas para garantizar la entrega precisa y oportuna del producto de la manera más eficiente y rentable, con el fin de brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
Actividades Esenciales
- Atención a clientes (Revisión y seguimiento de la carga, así como del progreso de las operaciones aduaneras)
- Solicitar documentos y coordinar el despacho aduanero de las mercancías, así como el aseguramiento del cumplimiento de ARNA (fracciones arancelarias, permisos, avisos automáticos, etc)
- Reportar cualquier discrepancia, daño de mercancía o estatus de su embarque al cliente.
- Captura de pedimentos (marítimo, aéreo, ferrocarril, terrestre, operaciones especiales)
- Apertura y cierre de pedimentos consolidados.
- Elaboración de remesas.
- Llenado del pedimento conforme el anexo 22
- Manejo de base de datos y reporteo (Excel)
- Generación de documentos para el despacho aduanero (COVES, PITA´s, DODA´s)
- Cumplimiento a procesos internos.
- Cierre de las operaciones, aseguramiento del expediente digital.
- Coordinación y supervisión de operaciones con socios comerciales (cuando aplique)
Cualificaciones Básicas
- 0-2 años de experiencia relacionada al Comercio Exterior
- Conocimiento en Legislación Aduanera y de Comercio Exterior
- Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Logística o afín
- Conocimiento básico de sistemas de captura de pedimentos
- Manejo de Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
