Job Description

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Manager, based in Torres Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico (E-Systems Division). As a Quality Control Manager will have the opportunity to coordinate compliance with quality systems based on the quality standard by verifying the systems and executing follow‑up audits. Reporting directly to the Regional Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with plant quality systems.
• Plan and coordinate the development of performance improvement strategies, systematic and preventive actions.
• Check that the design of quality systems complies with the IATF16949 quality standard, customer requirements, Lear, and SOX procedures.
• Prepare documentation of quality records.
• Document findings and close actions.
• Quality control activity management.
• Customer presentations for quality issues.
• Prepares and analyzes internal quality reports for management staff review.
• Management of engineering changes and customer complaints.
• Tracking new releases.

Education Requirements

Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer.

Experience Requirements

More than 3 years as Quality Manager or related within the automotive.
