Channel Sales Manager

Job Description
As a Channel Manager , you will be responsible for developing, enabling, and managing channel partners to drive Hillstone’s business growth across your assigned territory. You will execute partner programs, strengthen relationships, and ensure our solutions achieve greater market penetration and profitability.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop, manage, and grow strong relationships with distributors and resellers across assigned regions
- .Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand Hillstone’s market coverage
- .Lead partner enablement initiatives to enhance partners’ sales, technical, and service capabilities
- .Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute partner programs, joint campaigns, and co-branded initiatives
- .Conduct regular business and performance reviews; develop actionable plans to improve engagement and revenue growth
- .Drive account planning and coordinate cross-functional resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, professional services, etc.) to achieve sales targets
- .Review and support partners’ sales pipeline, helping them secure internal support and close deals effectively
- .Stay up to date with cybersecurity industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
- .Act as the primary liaison between Hillstone internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- .Represent Hillstone at key industry and partner events, contributing to the development of Hillstone’s cybersecurity brand and market presence
