GERENCIA GO TO MARKET
Objetivo del puesto:
Gestionar e implementar modelos de atención eficientes multicanales que optimicen la relación y experiencia del cliente, alineados con la estrategia de Route to Market. Controlar los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs), garantizar la alineación con los objetivos comerciales y coordinar la colaboración con los equipos operativos y áreas relacionadas para maximizar la eficiencia y el servicio en este canal.
Funciones:
- Diseño y ejecución del Modelo de Atención de los diferentes canales: Implementar y asegurar la correcta operación del modelo de atención diseñado
- Colaboración con Equipos Multifuncionales: Supervisar y colaborar con los equipos de ventas, logística y atención al cliente para garantizar un servicio eficiente y alineado con las expectativas de los canales.
- Gestionar Proyectos Tácticos: Apoyar en la identificación e implementación de procesos que optimicen la operación y mejoren la experiencia del cliente.
- Desarrollo de herramientas de análisis, Alta, Baja y cambios de rutas. Alta, Baja y Cambios de sku x ruta y cedis, Interfaz entre Corporativo y Ventas para el análisis de resultados.
- Análisis de nuevos modelos de distribución
- Análisis y concentración de reportes de indicadores de Ejecución y de negocio, Instrucciones comerciales de acuerdo a mercado.
- Reestructuras de rutas de Cedis, con el objetivo de buscar rentabilidad para la compañía x optimización de recursos y/o crecimiento de venta por frecuencia y cobertura de clientes.
- Análisis de comportamientos de venta de clientes para desarrollar mediante planes de crecimiento con listas de precios preferenciale
Requisitos:
- Lic. Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial y/o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en puesto afín, participando en proyectos comerciales, Go To Market, Route to Market; negociación e implementación de acciones con clientes a nivel regional, desarrollo de estrategias, análisis de ventas y manejo de equipos de trabajo.
