Descripción del Puesto : Proporcionar un correcto seguimiento operativo y administrativo de logística de las rutas de entrega diarias del HUB a través de la flotilla de unidades garantizando el cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega y recolección para lograr la entrega oportuna y correcta de mercancía a las tiendas programadas.
Responsabilidades
- Revisar tiempo de salida y llegadas a tiendas de las unidades a través de las bitácoras referentes a la programación de rutas diarias de HUB para entrega a tiendas cumpliendo con tiempos de entrega y recolección de mercancía.
- Apoyar al Coordinador de HUB en situaciones especiales para seguimiento administrativo de rutas a través de bitácoras para identificar el control, rendimientos de combustible, recepción y entrega de mercancía.
- Revisión de incidencias de flotilla y seguimiento con tiendas para seguimiento de incidencias de entregas de mercancía.
- Realizar la revisión de unidades (Check list- carga de gasolina correcta, revisión detallada de la unidad) y aplicación de políticas de Manual de Vehículos y proceso de carga de combustible.
- Realizar la revisión de productividad de los Recolectores mediante proceso de carga y recepción de manifiestos (Número de Tienda, Piezas y Mercancía).
- Atender y dar seguimiento a tiendas para aclaración de dudas mediante llamadas y correos.
- Resolver situaciones de retraso, aclaración de dudas y realizar la entrega de estafeta para aseguramiento de pieza correcta.
- Realizar actividades de inventario mediante el seguimiento a variaciones de mercancía a través de seguimiento a reportes mediante la ubicación de piezas.
Requisitos
- Carrera Técnica o equivalente
- Dos o tres años de experiencia.
- Experiencia previa en Supervisión de Rutas de Logística, almacén, Control de Inventarios, Ventas al Detalle, Distribución.
- Licencia tipo chofer
- Disponibilidad de horario de lunes a domingo
