Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Oncology | Flexible Location: Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey

Medical Science Liaison role in Oncology focusing on scientific engagement with healthcare stakeholders across Mexico. Responsibilities include educating providers and payers on clinical data, implementing engagement strategies, supporting sponsored research, and maintaining clinical expertise in alignment with Amgen's oncology objectives.
Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare customers on clinical and scientific data aligned with company objectives
- Communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, and advocacy partners
- Implement and manage annual scientific engagement plans with defined goals and metrics
- Support speaker training, sponsored research initiatives, and congress activities
- Provide field observations and insights to internal partners; travel as required for the role
Requirements
- Master's degree plus 3 years MSL/Medical Affairs experience in biotech/pharma, OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years equivalent experience
- Advanced English proficiency, assessed throughout interview process
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Scientific expertise and ability to educate on clinical/economic data
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication capabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and business strategy
- Demonstrated integrity and alignment with organizational values
