Customer Service Open Market Coordination

Objetivo de la posición
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de Customer Service del canal Open Market, mediante el análisis de indicadores de devoluciones, mermas y operación logística, asegurando la correcta gestión operativa, la generación de insights para la toma de decisiones y la presentación de resultados a líderes y directivos.
Actividades principales:
- Analizar indicadores de devoluciones y mermas.
- Coordinar juntas de trabajo y seguimiento operativo.
- Gestionar procesos de devoluciones y contact center.
- Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos.
- Supervisar al equipo a cargo.
- Licenciatura concluida.
- Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logística u Operaciones Comerciales.
- Experiencia en análisis de devoluciones, mermas y/o indicadores operativos.
- Experiencia presentando resultados e indicadores a niveles gerenciales y directivos.
- Experiencia liderando equipos.
- Conocimiento financiero básico sobre medición de mermas y devoluciones.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Conocimiento de SAP.
- Power BI avanzado (deseable).
- Experiencia en ventas (deseable).
- Soft skills: facilidad de palabra, orhganización, seguimiento, proactividad y trabajo en equipo.
