Position Responsibilities

• Help prepare financial statements as well as gather and analyze information needed to prepare journal entries.
• Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports, making corrections as needed.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in the year‑end financial audit, preparing schedules and addressing auditor requests.
• Pursue efficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Prior accounting experience is a plus, but if you're willing and eager to learn, we will train you.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access or SQL is preferred.
