Responsabilidades

La responsabilidad principal es coordinar y asegurar que las actividades relacionadas a proyectos de lanzamiento de nuevos productos, así como rediseños y cambios de ingeniería mayores se realicen correctamente. Realiza actividades de enlace entre la planta e ingeniería divisional con diferentes sites de STL y China, para proveer soluciones a las necesidades específicas de los diferentes departamentos para el correcto desarrollo del proyecto. Cumplir con los procedimientos y/o lineamientos de documentación durante el desarrollo de los proyectos. Cumplir con las normas y políticas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa.

Autoridad

Coordinación de lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos y/o productos. Comunicación directa entre Ingeniería divisional y planta. Análisis de Cambios de Ingeniería para implementación efectiva en NBO's / NPI's. Junta de Revisión de Lanzamiento de Productos. Manejo y Capitalización de Cuentas para Nuevos Productos. Cotizaciones de Nuevos Productos. Desarrollo de herramental para manufactura con proveedores locales. Soporte técnico para el lanzamiento de nuevos productos.

Requerimientos básicos

• Carrera terminada en ingeniería, más de 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar.
• Conocimiento de JIT, DOE, POKE YOKE, KAN BAN, SMED, FMEAS, GR&R, SIX SIGMA, 5's, 8D's.
• Conocimientos de: ISO 9000 Conocimiento de electrostática Bilingüe Inglés-Español 90% Solución de Problemas utilizando técnicas de análisis.
• Habilidad para la toma de decisiones Liderazgo y manejo adecuado de los recursos undefined

Requerimientos deseables

• Certificación en Green Belt Administración de Proyectos PMP (Proyect Management profesional)
