We are looking for a Marketing Business Intelligence Senior with strong experience in analytics and SQL to support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital media campaigns across multiple channels.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full media ecosystem while bringing deep expertise in data analytics. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, operational excellence, and a growth mindset to help drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Tracking tasks within the departmen t (social media reports, social listening, crisis monitoring, cross-source analysis).
• Monitoring performance for assigned accounts.
• Team coordination and integration with other departments to ensure reports reflect the context of active campaigns.
• Ability to review and perform quality control (QC) on reports generated by others (not just creating your own).
• Managing research projects, as well as developing final reports.
• Classifying, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to digital marketing, content, social listening, advertising, consumer behavior, and ad spend.
• Conducting ad-hoc data analyses to provide timely, actionable recommendations based on the outcomes of executed actions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analytics within the marketing ecosystem.
• Generating quantitative analyses focused on market research.
• Performing deep-dive marketing data analyses, identifying trends, competitors, sentiment, and consumer insights relevant to the brand, industry, and target audience.
• Developing quantitative research to better understand the brand, product, competition, and audiences.
• Combining reporting, search, social listening, and market research methodologies to build campaign strategies.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including internal stakeholders and client-side partners, to align data analytics and research activities with the client’s strategic goals.
• Ability to analyze metrics (CTR, ROAS, Engagement) and leverage them to iterate creative concepts.

What Will Help You Succeed

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing data analysis, Advertising, and related fields.
• Experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprout Social, etc.
• Understanding of and interest in Digital Marketing, Content, Advertising, consumer media behavior, and global economic trends.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI.
• Basic SQL queries, conditional logic, and data cleaning processes.
• Proficiency with social media ETL platforms (Emplifi, Semrush, Supermetrics, Dataslayer).
• Experience with Google BigQuery, MySQL, etc.
• Basic experience using/managing APIs for ETLs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and devise proactive solutions; high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies and recommendations based on changing market conditions.
• High commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent undergraduate degree).
• Experience creating executive summaries and high-impact presentations.
• Design and creation of structured questionnaires.
